Madison Campus House

Come live with us at our campus house located a half-block off UW-Madison’s campus at 111 N. Orchard St.

We offer single or double bedrooms for rent with shared bath, kitchen, and common spaces. 

Rent is $650 per month for a single room for a 12 month lease. $375 per month for a double room* for 12 months.

Included in rent:

• Single our Double Room (your choice)

• Furnishings (as needed)

• Refrigerator and Frezer Space 

• Pantry Cupboard Space 

A monthly hassle free utility fee of $50 per person per month is also assessed in addition to rent.*

Utility fee includes:

• Heat

• Washer/Dryer

• Electricity

• Water

• High Speed Internet

*The utility fee is designed to streamline utility payment among residents. It ensures all utilities are paid in full and on time. The fee is calculated based on past and forcasted utility costs divided across all tenants. The fee is designed to cover the actual utility cost over the course of one year.
