Development Director
At Campus Collective, we've seen what happens when students encounter Jesus on campus. Lives change. Families are transformed. The ripple effects last for generations. We're not slowing down, and as we grow our reach across Wisconsin, we need someone to help us build the financial foundation that makes it all possible.
This is a first-of-its-kind role for us. We're not just filling a position, we're inviting someone to build something new with us. If you have a gift for cultivating relationships, a heart for ministry, and the experience to develop a professional fundraising program from the ground up, we'd love to talk.
The Development Director will lead our effort to expand institutional fundraising through individual major gifts, family partnerships, church relationships, and grant funding. You'll work closely with our Executive Director and board to grow our donor community and strengthen the financial partnerships that sustain ministry across Madison, Oshkosh, and Ripon.
❋ About the RoleConnection is a core part of the process. We're seeking someone who brings professional fundraising experience and genuine ministry conviction to the same table. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a donor meeting and a Sunday morning church service — someone who sees fundraising not as a transaction but as an invitation to partner in something eternal.
❋ Collaborative EnergyCompetitive salary: $65,000–$80,000 based on experience
$7,000 annual budget for travel and donor acquisition
Flexible PTO and a remote work environment
One-on-one coaching and ongoing leadership development
The opportunity to build a development program from the ground up at a thriving, growing ministry
