At Campus Collective, we believe God is writing powerful stories on college campuses across Wisconsin. Every year, students step onto campus searching for belonging, purpose, and truth. We have the privilege of walking with them as they encounter Jesus, experience healing, and step into the life He offers.
College campuses are one of the most influential mission fields in the world. They shape the next generation of leaders, thinkers, teachers, and innovators. What happens in these years has a ripple effect on families, communities, and even nations. Imagine the impact when tomorrow’s leaders learn to know and follow Jesus today.

University of Wisconsin–Madison
We are seeking a man or woman who feels called to join our team in replanting the Madison ministry. You’ll partner with our Lead Campus Minister to cast fresh vision, create new rhythms of community, and walk closely with students as they discover faith and purpose. If you love pioneering work and building alongside others, Madison may be the place for you.
University of Wisconsin Oshkosh
University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh
Our largest ministry is here in Oshkosh, and it’s full of momentum. We’re looking for a leader who is relational, team-oriented, and passionate about helping students grow in faith. In this role, you’ll mentor students, shape gatherings, and empower young people to live out and share the good news of Jesus.
What We Provide
Compensation
Each of our positions require 100% financial support raising. Let us encourage you to not let that stop you from pursuing the call God has put on your life to enter into the mission field of campus ministry. We supply you with all of the training and coaching needed to successfully launch into the mission field that is campus ministry.
We know ministry can’t be done alone. That’s why we come alongside you with training, coaching, and community so you can thrive both in life and ministry.
Support Raising Coaching – We equip you with proven tools and walk with you as you build a sustainable support team.
Discipleship Training – Grow as you help others grow, with resources and coaching to keep you rooted.
One-on-One Coaching – Weekly personal support to guide you as you serve and lead.
Healthy Rhythms – Flexible hours, unlimited vacation, and space to rest well.
Family Care – Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave when you need it most.
Peace of Mind – Counseling malpractice insurance for those offering deeper care.
